Use of Rented Items

Customer shall use all property in a careful and proper manner, shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall return the property in the same condition as when received normal wear and tear excepted. Customer hereby assumes all risk of loss and damage to the property from any cause whatsoever. (candles?)

Customer is responsible for the use of the rented item(s) and ensure that all Melamine tableware is not to be put in the microwave or oven. Customer assumes all risk inherent in the operation and use of the item(s) and agrees to assume the entire responsibility for the defense of, and to pay, indemnify and hold ‘STYLE MY TABLE’  harmless from, and hereby release “‘STYLE MY TABLE’” from any and all claims for damage to property or bodily injury (including death) resulting from the use or possession of the item(s) whether or not it be claimed or found that such damage or injury resulted in whole or in part from ‘STYLE MY TABLE’ negligence, from the defective condition of the item(s) or from any cause.

Rental Fee

Style My Table reserves the right to alter the Rental Fee or availability of any particular item at its discretion and without notice.

Payment

Style My Table will charge the Recipient’s payment method the amount of the Rental Fee ($30 a table setting including the extras for the centerpiece) immediately upon the rental order, including all federal, state, and local taxes, goods and service tax, fees, customs, duties, levies, and other governmental assessments.

Cancellation Policy

All cancelations must be made in writing in an email or text. Your payment will be refunded as follows:

  • Cancellations 30 days or more before event date will receive a full refund,
  • cancellations between 8-29 days before event date will receive 50% of total charge.
  • Cancellations 7 days or less before event date will be charged the full fee.

Shipping and Delivery

A box with the order is hand delivered to the customer one to two days before the gathering,

There is a $35 delivery fee and a set up fee of $20 per table setting.

In order to qualify for a ‘STYLE MY TABLE’ delivery, a minimum order size of $200 (total items) must be reached. The charge for the delivery is additional based on day, time, and location. Additional charges will apply for non-ground floor delivery without an elevator, setup, and breakdown of products.

Return of Rented Items

All tableware should be wiped free of food remnants. All rentals must be re-packed the same way they were received and in the same containers. Box liners should be left in the boxes. Totes should never be left outdoors unprotected from the elements, as significant damage will result.

Any damage during delivery, missing tableware, or problems with tableware must be reported upon customer’s receipt of the tableware. Any reports of damage, missing items or problems with tableware reported after the event will not be credited and will be presumed to have occurred while in customer’s possession. 

In the event rental property is not returned, or is returned in a broken or damaged condition, customer will be charged for repair or replacement thereof, and same shall be due and payable upon billing.

Late Fee

 If the Customer returns the products past the Rental Return Date, they will be assessed a late fee of $50 that will be charged to the payment card for every day that the Customer is late up to the total replacement cost??

Customer authorizes ‘STYLE MY TABLE’ to charge him for all breakage or damage to the rental property and for any additional applicable fees incurred under any provision of these Rental Terms.

Rental charges are applicable for all rental items delivered whether or not customer uses those items.

All rental items not returned by their return date will have extended rental charges assessed. Failure to have products available for ‘STYLE MY TABLE’’ pick-up will subject customer to extended rental charges for each day the products is not available for pick-up. If products is not returned within three days of the “Pick-up Date” shown on the Rental Order or Delivery Ticket such failure shall constitute an unauthorized taking and ‘STYLE MY TABLE’  may consider such products taken and take all steps necessary to recover all of the tableware.

If an empty rental tote is not returned within three days of the Pick-up Date, the customer will be charged an additional $150. If the tote with the 4 table settings and centerpieces inside of it is not returned, the customer will be charged $300.
