SHIPPING
A tote with your order will be hand delivered to your door one to two days before your gathering. Please make sure we are able to access your front door and someone will be there to receive the tote. We will arrange a time and date beforehand. There is a 20 minute grace period. If someone is not there to receive the delivery after 20 minutes a delivery time must be rescheduled with an additional delivery fee of $35.
RETURNS
Once the party is over, wipe down your dishes, repack your dishware, flatware, and glasses in the provided sleeves. Place these protected items, along with the linens, and candlesticks or votives in the tote. Your box will be picked up directly from your shipping address one business day after your event date. Please set it on your doorstep by 12 PM.
